Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are hand-packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will always notify you of any significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is a flat rate of $5 on every U.S. order, no minimum required. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Packaging

Every stone is carefully wrapped and cushioned to arrive safely. Higher-value orders are shipped with signature confirmation and insurance for your protection.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available, but we hope to offer it in the future. Please check back or contact us with questions.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us right away at turquoiseusa1@gmail.com so we can help make it right.
