Return Policy

Our Promise

Because every cabochon is a natural, one-of-a-kind stone, we do our best to describe and photograph each piece accurately so you know exactly what you're getting. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To be eligible, an item must be unused, unset, and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at turquoiseusa1@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can provide instructions.

What's Not Covered

Natural variation in color, matrix pattern, and shape is part of genuine turquoise and is not grounds for return on its own. Custom-cut or custom-sized stones are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from its description.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
