FAQ
Ordering & Products
Is your turquoise genuine?
Yes. We do not sell dyed howlite, resin, or reconstituted “block” turquoise as natural stone. Every cabochon is inspected before listing, and any treatment (such as stabilization) is clearly noted in the product description.
What does “treated” or “stabilized” mean?
Much natural turquoise is porous and relatively soft, so it's common industry practice to stabilize stones with a clear resin to improve durability for jewelry use. We disclose treatment status on every listing so you can make an informed choice.
Do you know which mine each stone is from?
Where mine origin is known and verifiable, we list it on the product page. Some material is sold simply as natural turquoise when specific provenance isn't documented.
Do you sell wholesale or in bulk?
We are a direct-to-customer retailer rather than a wholesale supplier. If you have a large custom order, reach out through our Contact page and we're happy to see what we can do.
Shipping
How quickly do you ship?
Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Please see our Shipping Policy for current shipping regions and rates.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Full details are available on our Return Policy page. Because natural stones vary, we encourage you to review photos and descriptions carefully before ordering.
Using Your Stones
Are your cabochons ready to set?
Yes — our cabochons are cut, shaped, and polished, ready for wire wrapping, bezel setting, or your preferred mounting method.
Can I request a custom size or shape?
Custom cutting requests can sometimes be accommodated. Message us through the Contact page with details and we'll let you know what's possible.
